Welcome to GEEK TECH PRO These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of our PC/TV repair services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer a range of PC/TV repair/Installation services, including but not limited to:

  • Hardware diagnostics and repair
  • Software installation and troubleshooting
  • Virus and malware removal
  • Data recovery and backup solutions
  • Network setup and support

2. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee that we will be able to fix all issues or recover all data.
  • Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or guarantees, except as explicitly stated in writing

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about your PC and the issues you are experiencing.
  • You are responsible for backing up all critical data before any repair work is conducted. We are not liable for any data loss.

4. Estimates and Payment

  • We will provide an estimate of costs before beginning any work. This estimate is subject to change based on the actual work required.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and PayPal

5. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

  • We will keep your personal and computer information confidential. However, we may need to access and disclose certain information to perform our services or as the Law requires.

7. Termination and Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior or failure to pay for services rendered.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiation before pursuing legal action.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

  • We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised TOS.

DISCLAIMER DISPUTE WAIVER TERMS

1.Payment Authorization and Dispute Waiver

1.1 Payment Authorization:

By engaging our services and authorizing payment, the client agrees to pay the total amount specified in the invoice or estimate provided by GEEK TECH PRO. The client acknowledges that they have reviewed and approved the charges before payment.

1. 2 Dispute Waiver:

After authorizing payment for services rendered by GEEK TECH PRO, the client agrees not to dispute the charges with their bank, credit card company, or payment processor. If the client believes there is an error in the billing or has a dispute regarding the services, they must contact GEEK TECH PRO directly to resolve the issue within 7 days.

2. Resolution of Billing Disputes

2. 1 Notification of Dispute:

If the client believes there is a billing error or has a dispute regarding the charges, they must notify GEEK TECH PRO in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. The notification should include detailed information about the dispute and any supporting documentation.

2. 2 Resolution Process:

GEEK TECH PRO will review the dispute and respond to the client within 30 business days. GEEK TECH PRO will correct the invoice and issue any necessary refunds or credits if an error is found.

3. Limitation of Liability

3. 1 Service Limitation:

GEEK TECH PRO’s liability for any claims arising from the services rendered is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services. GEEK TECH PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

3. 2 No Chargebacks:

The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through their bank or payment provider. If a chargeback is initiated, the client agrees to reimburse GEEK TECH PRO for any costs, fees, or damages incurred due to the chargeback, including but not limited to bank fees, legal fees, and administrative expenses.

4. Acknowledgment

By engaging our services and authorizing payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the Dispute Waiver Terms outlined above.
