Refund Policy

Clear, fair and customer-first — here's how refunds and cancellations work at LLC.

General Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with a product or service purchased from Geek Tech Pro LLC, you may request a refund or cancellation within 15 to 30 days of purchase, depending on the offering. Please share your name, order reference and reason for the request when reaching out.

Specific Conditions

  • Hardware and accessories we sell and install fall under the manufacturer's refund and warranty policy.
  • Online consultations and professional service fees are charged after the service is completed and are therefore non-refundable.
  • Returns of physical products are processed per the original manufacturer's policy.
  • On-site service calls (such as POS hardware setup) are non-refundable once completed.
  • Subscription plans are fully refundable within the first 90 days and pro-rated thereafter for the remainder of the term.
