We deliver a comprehensive range of repair and installation services including hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, virus & malware removal, data recovery, secure backup, and complete network setup & support.
While we apply industry best practices, we cannot guarantee that every issue is resolvable or every file recoverable. All work is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis unless explicitly warranted in writing.
Clients must share accurate information about the device and the symptoms experienced. Backing up critical data prior to service is the customer's responsibility — we are not liable for data loss that occurs during repair.
A written cost estimate is shared before any chargeable work begins; this may be revised based on actual workload. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept debit cards, credit cards and Bank.
Our liability is capped at the amount paid for the service performed. We will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Customer information is treated as confidential. Access or disclosure occurs only when required to perform the service or comply with applicable law.
We reserve the right to decline or end service in cases of abusive conduct, fraudulent activity or non-payment.
Both parties agree to first attempt good-faith informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
These terms may be updated at any time, with revisions taking effect upon publication on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
By authorizing payment, the client confirms approval of the invoice amount and acknowledges that the charges were reviewed prior to settlement.
Once payment is authorized for completed work, the client agrees not to dispute the charges with their bank or processor. Any concerns must be raised directly with Geek Tech Pro LLC within 7 days.
Billing concerns must be reported in writing within 7 days of the invoice date, with supporting documentation. Our team will review and respond within 30 business days, issuing refunds or credits where warranted.
Our liability remains limited to the amount paid for the disputed service. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages.
The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks. Where chargebacks occur, the client agrees to reimburse Geek Tech Pro LLC for all related fees, bank charges, legal and administrative costs.
By authorizing payment, the client confirms they have read, understood and agreed to the Dispute Waiver Terms.
